I've been an introvert my entire life, tending to stay up in my own thinking and brain. Then, I learned the most amazing thing. It turns out that it's NOT just our own thoughts collecting up there in our brains! In fact, we are sending brain waves back and forth in the environment with other brains all the time, which is the vast majority of our communications. So, what does this mean? Well, let's see. There's no such thing as an introvert, just people who don't bother to speak a lot. And what does this mean? Well, we also know that direct brain communications are completely honest and open, and, when others do connect and "share" frequencies with us, this means our brains trust each other. So, in reality, if you're thinking a lot, you're also communicating and sharing, a lot. You just didn't realize this. Ah, but changes are, you do. So now what? Give yourself credit! Then, you won't be afraid to say it out loud.
